This morning, we will depart Hanoi at 8.30 am for a four-hour drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. On the way we will stop for refreshments. Upon arriving in Halong City we transfer to a boat cruise of the crystalline emerald waters of Halong Bay , giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site. Enjoy a refreshing cocktail upon boarding. After checking in, have lunch at the restaurant. Cruise among hundreds of islets to discover unspoilt pockets of Halong Bay and its remote, floating fishing villages. Day 5: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue (B)

Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi exercise with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. In Hue, one of Vietnam’s five UNESCO World Heritage sites, the court musicians in the Royal Theatre evoke the sounds-cape of imperial Vietnam with high fidelity. At the nearby Museum of Royal Fine Arts, 128 ironwood pillars complement an exquisite collection of Nguyen Dynasty artifacts.
You embark on a tour of Hue City including the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City , the Imperial Museum and Dong Ba market. Tonight you enjoy the fine cuisine of Hue in the Tinh Gia Vien Restaurant. Overnight in Hue

Day 7: Hue World Heritage (B/L)

Rising up in the ancient land, breakfast in hotel, we board on a private boat for cruising on the romantic Perfume River. This time we head out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. From here we will cruise further to the ornate Minh Mang’s tomb. In the afternoon we will continue our day by a drive to visit King Khai dinh’s tomb and King Tu Duc’s tomb. The day will end with a Royal Boat cruise on the perfume river. Day 8: Hue – Hoi An (B)

Drive to Danang and stay several days at the beachfront The Nam Hai Resort and Spa. Nearby, see ancient sculpture in the Cham Museum or My Son, and tour Buddhist cave temples in the Marble Mountains. Visit atmospheric Hoi An a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site and riverfront port town crammed with historic homes, tiny museums, cafes, and bustling silk and fish markets.
Once in Hoi An, you will check into our hotel and have some free time to explore and enjoy your resort facilities. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoi An (B/L/-)

Morning free at leisure, at 02:00 pm a half day private city tour with guide. From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders. These people came primarily to trade in the high grade silk, which is still produced in the area, as well as ceramics. Today, Hoi An is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century. We enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200- year old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.

Day 10: Free at leisure in Hoi An or optional day trip to My Son Holly land (B)

Today there will be free time to shop, relax, unwind or take a trip to discover another My Son World Heritage. My Son is the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism. My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. The complex is comprised of seventy Hindu-like towers and temples dating from the second century. This site is a must-see for those people who are interested in architecture and ancient civilizations and is now one of five UNESCO World Heritage sites in Vietnam.

Day 11: Danang – Nha Trang (B)

Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Danang airport for your short flight to the the resort of Nha Trang to spend for 3 nights.

The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the U.S.-Vietnam War must have been like. Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta on Cai Be Princess Sampan (B/L)

Spend the day on the beautiful Cai Be Princess exploring the fascinating life on the Mekong River. Visit a floating market, a beautiful island and lunch at a superb Indochine restaurant, this trip is the ideal way to spend the day on the delta in style.
Drive to Cai Be – Phu An where you will board the Cai Be Princess at around 11.00 am. The tour will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market. You will proceed by the visit of some local home factories such as rice paste making, rice pop corn, coco candies, and longans drying processing. The trip continues along the Mekong canals to Dong Hoa Hiep Island located between Vinh Long and Cai Be. During this 40 minutes cruise you will discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe the typical Mekong delta rural life. You are heading to the World Heritage Site of the Halong Bay and the ancient capital of Hue. The next stop on your tour will be the ancient town of HoiAn, where you will have plenty of time to relax on the beach and to discover the beauty of central Vietnam. After this you will join the service at the Cao Dai Temple in South Vietnam and experience the lifestyle in the Mekong Delta, before you continue your tour to Phnom Penh. Day 1: Arrive Hanoi (D)

Warmly welcome on arrival in Hanoi – Vietnam ‘s capital which will be on its anniversary of 1000 years in 2010. Historical emphasis on the arts and learning stipulates that buildings in Hanoi remain small, simple and in harmony with nature. You are met at the airport and escorted to your hotel. Afternoon is at leisure. Evening enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi .

Day 2: Hanoi (B/L)

Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where the preserved body of “Uncle Ho” may be viewed, his nearby house, the lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and a couple of museums. Following lunch at local restaurant, enjoy a one-hour cyclo ride around the Hanoi Old Quarter. Evening enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi .

Day 3: Hanoi-Halong Bay (B/L/D)

Warmly pick up from your hotel in Hanoi at 8:30 am for a 3.5 hrsdrive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Upon arrive Halong Bay city you will have a short relax at the Indochina Lounge at Bai Chay pier before transfer by tender to the junk. Time for welcome drink, cruise briefing and safety instructions while the junk starts cruising on Halong Bay. Cabin check-in followed by a deluxe Vietnamese and International set-menu lunch in the comfortable and romantic dining room. The junk will stop at the Titop Island where you have 45 minutes to enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach and climbing the steps to the top of the mountain on the island for fantastic views and photo opportunities. Water and towels will be supplied. We will spend about 45 minutes on the island. Continue sail for about 45 minutes to the second stop – the Bat Cave area. At the Bat Cave area there are two optional programs for you to choose:
Option 1 / Kayaking
40 minute kayaking to the nearby Bat Cave and lagoon and surrounding waters.

Option 2 / Visit the Cua Van floating fishing village
You will travel take a tender to the Cua Van floating fishing village for a 20 minutes. The Cua Van floating fishing village is the largest floating fishing village in Halong Bay. There are about 130 floating houses and about 600 people live and work in the village. Rejoin junk and sail for about 30 minutes to Luon Bo area, where we will anchor for overnight. Time for relax and enjoy the sunset before your Deluxe Vietnamese & Western Buffet or Set Menu Dinner.

Evening activities starts at 20.30 pm including: film entertainment in the dining room. At approximately 21.00, board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. You also join in a squid fishing excursion from the boat with our crew and see how the local fishermen catch squid and other fish, the excursion lasts about 45 minutes. Cost for the excursion is $10 per person and you will miss the beginning of the movie. Happy Hour ! Buy one drink – get one free (wine excluded) at 21.00. Have a good night.

Day 4: Halong – Hanoi (B)

Rise to the sound of the ocean welcoming another lovely day. Eenjoy sunrise and Tai Chi on the sundeck. Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room. The junk sails to the Surprise Cave and once again there are two options: Relax on board or visit the Surprise Cave for approximately 45 minutes. Back to the junk for 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please leave heavy luggage outside of the cabins for crew staff to collect and transfer to the pier.  Enjoy breakfast in the dining room while cruising back to Halong Bay city. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery.
At 11.00 am you arrive at Bai Chay and transfer by tender to the pier. Short break before transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Hue World Heritage site by plane (B)

Following breakfast is your free time in colonial Hanoi city until transfer to airport for flight to the Ancient Imperial Capital of Hue. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Day 6: Hue Ancient Capital (B/D)

Rising up in the ancient land, breakfast in hotel, we board on a private boat for cruising romantic Perfume River. This time you head out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. Setting in the converge of rivers, and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda which is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue, and Buddhism Centre in Centre Vietnam. Rejoin car drive to visit king Minh Mang’s tomb and king Tu Duc’s tomb.

Afternoon you embark on a tour of Hue City including the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market. Enjoy Hue Royal-style dinner. Overnight in Hue .

Day 7: Hue – Ancient town Hoian (B/L)

You leave Hue for Hoi An Ancient town – another World Heritage in the Centre the Hai Van pass, stop in Danang city for a visit to Cham Museum and handicraft villages on the foot of Marble Mountain before arriving in Hoian. Once in Hoi An you will check into our hotel and have some free time to explore. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoian Ancient town (B)

In the morning you enjoy a half day orientation tour of Hoian including the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge , Phuc Kien Pagoda and Tan Ky House. Following the tour there will be free time to shopping or relaxing. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoian – Time to relax (B)

Today you will have time to relax at the beach and enjoy the Resort. Or discover this unique ancient town on your own with a bicycle. Enjoy the unique spirit of central Vietnam. Overnight in Hue.

Day 10: Hoian – Danang – Saigon (B/L)

Leave Hoian you make the 45 minute drive from Hoi An to Danang airport. From Danang you take the one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City, where you transfer directly to our centrally located hotel.

In the afternoon you embark on a city tour of Saigon including The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, Remnant War Museum and bustling Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 11: Mekong Delta Excursion (B/L)

Leave Saigon to lush My Tho where you take a private boat to through the green vegetation of the canals to an orchard. Enjoy a delicious lunch in bonsai garden in the heart of Mekong, complete with tropical fruits. You also visit the snake farm Dong Tam that breeds snakes for, among other things, snake wine and enjoy a bonsai garden before heading back to HCMC. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 12: Tay Ninh Holysee temple & Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)

This morning you drive to Cao Dai Temples in Tay Ninh to observe the midday service. Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few.

Following lunch you will drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the U.S.-Vietnam War.  Back to HCMC for overnight.

Day 13. Ho Chi Minh Stadt – Phnom Penh (B / L)

In the morning you fly to Phnom Penh in Cambodia to continue your wonderful journey.
Welcome to Phnom Penh, this was back in the days considered as the loveliest city in Indochina. Despite the sad history, the city keeps its charm. During a city tour, you will visit the most beautiful sights in Phnom Penh. The royal family resides in the royal palace, so this is inaccessible. At the northern area of the castle, is the Silver Pagoda situated the holiest shrine in the country.
Today you will visit the legendary temple of Wat Phnom, where you can enjoy an interesting view of the surroundings. The next stop is the National Museum, where you can look at the Khmer art and sculptures. Most of the exhibits are from the Angkor period of 9 to 15 Century, but few come from the 4th Century. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 14. Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B/D)

Today you fly the short distance from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Upon arrival in Siem Reap you visit, the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (built in the 12th century), the plant is a prime example of Khmer art and architecture. Enjoy the beautiful sunset at Phnom Bakheng hill. Your dinner will be served in a local restaurant, while you marvel at a Apsara dance show. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 15: Angkor Wat (B/D)

You embark on elephant ride from South Gate of Angkor Thom into jungle of archeological area to the famous Bayon temple – a unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, Baphoun, the Terrace of Temple, Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon we continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, Pre Rup, East Mebon , Krovan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei and Ta Keo. Dinner and enjoy watching Khmer Folk of charming Apsara dance show at local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 16: Departure (B)

You board on boat in Tonle Sap Lake. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, and hospitals, visit the school of the “Les Artisans d’Angkor”. Transfer to Siem Reap International airport departure flight. End of tour.

Day 3. Hanoi – Victoria night train to Lao Cai (B)

You will be able to enjoy a free day of leisure in the colonial city Hanoi. You may like to visit the bustling, narrow streets of the Old Quarter, or perhaps opt for some cultural sights by viewing some of Hanoi ‘s many museums, in particular the Museum of Ethnology dedicated to Vietnam ‘s 54 ethnic minority peoples. Perhaps you could visit Hoa Lo prison, formerly known by its inmates as ‘The Hanoi Hilton’. Some of its more notable guests included US Senator John McCain and Douglas Peterson, the first post-war US Ambassador to Vietnam . You could stroll around the French quarter where many of the Embassies are located. Maybe a shopping expedition in the Old Quarter or just relaxing around one of the many parks and lakes that helps to make Hanoi one of the greenest cities in Asia. Your trip to Sapa starts with an overnight train journey from Vietnam ‘s capital city to the border town of Lao Cai. Overnight on train.

Day 4. Lao Cai – Sapa (B)

The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at approximately 06:00. There will be a vehicle waiting to transfer us to Sapa. The drive to Sapa is only 33 km but it takes around 1.5 hours. Once at Sapa, we will check into the Victoria Hotel in order to freshen up, and have breakfast at TaVan Restaurant in the hotel and then enjoy a free morning to explore around town.

In the afternoon there will be a walking tour to the hill tribe villages of Cat Cat, home to the Black H’mong minority peoples. As we walk to the villages nestled in the valley below Sapa, we will meet some of the local minority people on their way to and from Sapa. Here we have the opportunity to share cultural experiences with the families that live in the area. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 5. Sapa – Hanoi (B)

Following breakfast, we explore the Sapa Sunday market and then set out on our 3-4 hour trek that will take us along buffalo paths and trails and through several hill tribe villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van, home to H’mong, and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. We will stop for a picnic lunch on the way to Ta Van village. This afternoon we transfer back to Lao Cai for the Victoria Express train journey back to Hanoi . The train departs at 21:15. Overnight on train.

Day 6. Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L)

Arrive in Hanoi at around 5 am in the morning. Pick up from here, transfer to local restaurant for a breakfast and morning coffee. Leave Hanoi for Halong Bay. Upon arrive Halong Bay city you will have a short break at the Indochina Lounge at Bai Chay pier before transfer by tender to the junk. Rising to the lapping waters of the bay we have time for an early morning at sea. Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served. Cruise weighs anchor to cruise through the Bay passing beautiful spots like Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc. Stop to explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot). Return to your cruise. Buffet brunch is served onboard. The vessel cruises leisurely back to harbor. Disembark at the Cruise Café, Halong City. Rejoin your car for transfer back to Hanoi. Free. Day 8. Hanoi – Nha Trang – Evason Hideaway Ana Mandara & Six Senses Spa (B)

Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Noi Bai airport for your short flight to the resort of Nha Trang to spend 3 nights in a secluded private Beach Pool Villa overlooking beautiful Ninh Van Bay at the Evason Hideaway Resort at Ana Mandara.

Day 9. Evason Hideaway Ana Mandara & Six Senses Spa (B)

Free time to snorkel or dive among the coral reefs in crystal blue waters, hike nature trails, cool off in your private plunge pool, indulge in spa treatments or just relax on the white sand beach and admire the unspoiled mountain and sea views.

Day 10. Nha Trang – HCMC (B)

Transfer to Nha Trang airport for your short flight to HCMC, the country’s commercial centre and home to a growing number of upscale restaurants and shops. Visit Chinatown, the Thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House and Hotel de Ville. If you desire, you should also visit the War Remnants Museum. Explore the colourful outdoor markets and the bustling Dong Khoi Street, the city’s main upscale shopping boulevard with boutiques selling clothes and accessories designed by new Vietnamese designers, hill tribe crafts, high quality linens and house wares. Day 11: Arrival in Phu Quoc Island

In the morning you get picked up and brought to the airport for your flight to the beautiful island of Phu Quoc. Upon arrival you are greeted at Duong Dong Airport and will be brought to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Phu Quoc.

Day 12 & 13: Free time at the resort (B)

Day 14: Departure (B)
